What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy for most items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center on the website and follow the instructions. Once your request is verified, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. After the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes, items purchased during End of Season Sales (EOSS) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, we do not accept returns on essentials such as face masks/shields due to hygiene reasons.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately through our Returns Center. Provide images of the product, and once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the product once it is delivered, following our return policy.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as a gift coupon, depending on your preference. For COD orders, refunds will be made to your bank account. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
