We love seeing our customers in the pieces they’ve ordered from us! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges—whether it’s a size change or a different style.
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, the wrong size, or not what you ordered, we offer free returns.
Return Guidelines
Please make sure of the following before returning any item:
- Items should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The garment must be free of any perfume traces.
- We do not accept items that have been used, washed, or dry cleaned.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that items purchased during End of Season Sales (EOSS) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Free Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges, so you won’t incur any extra charges. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.
Refunds for Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotions like Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
To start a return, submit a request through our returns center within 7 days of receiving your order. Once our support team verifies your request, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. After the items are collected, we will process your refund or exchange based on availability.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to your bank account or provided as a gift coupon, depending on your preference. If the item you received is defective, please upload images through our returns center. After verification, we’ll proceed with the refund or exchange.
Self-Ship Process
If reverse pickup isn’t available at your location, you’ll need to ship the product back to us yourself. We will credit you ₹100 towards shipping costs, refunded to your bank account or as a gift coupon.
Special Considerations
- We do not accept returns on items such as Face Masks/Shields due to hygiene concerns.
- Highly discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If you return a product bought during a sale, only the amount you paid will be refunded, not the current price.
Terms & Conditions for Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- If you cancel an order after it’s shipped, we’ll process the refund once the package is returned to us.
- For self-shipped returns, we’ll refund the product cost plus ₹100 for shipping.
